Derm Rx was developed by a group of prominent Australian plastic surgeons, formed around a question that follows a patient long out of theatre: how a scar will look, feel and behave years later.
The result is a medical grade silicone scar gel, formulated to the standard the surgeons would apply in their own clinics, and dispensed where a scar can still be reviewed.

Derm Rx is the work of a group of prominent Australian plastic and reconstructive surgeons. Each is an Australian trained specialist, board certified, and a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. Collectively they bring decades of operative experience across reconstructive, post surgical and cosmetic practice.
All practise as registered specialist plastic and reconstructive surgeons, delivering medical services in accordance with Australian health standards. Their brief to the formulation was deliberately narrow: a silicone gel that behaves the way a surgeon would apply it. Precise, controlled, and comfortable enough to be used every day for as long as a scar takes to mature.
